Qualifications

• Forklift and Genie Boom certification required or must be obtained.
• Ability to work independently with strong safety focus.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• English literacy to understand instructions.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Operate recycling equipment and compactors to process materials.
