Job summary

Earth Finance is hiring Summer Interns through Parallel for 3 openings in Seattle, WA or New York, NY. Masters candidates with 3 years in sustainability, finance, and geospatial work are encouraged to apply.

You will build models, quantify co-benefits of climate initiatives, and assist with impact reporting. The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary analysis, communication, and client-ready deliverables within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Masters candidates with 3 years of professional work experience in sustainability strategy, financing strategy, water and nature strategy, impact reporting, spatial finance, and geospatial technology.
• Prior experience in these sectors is a plus; comparable skills & experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainability and financing models to assess business impact of new tech adoption and business model innovation.
• Advance methods to measure co-benefits of climate initiatives and related investments.
• Support the development of impact reporting initiatives.
• Support custom research for client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with client Sustainability teams to align financial, expense, and reporting with climate transition goals.
