Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. in White Plains, NY offers a Summer Internship focused on sustainability. You will support ESG initiatives, conduct research, benchmark best practices, and help measure greenhouse gas data while gaining hands-on industry exposure.

As a current student in Sustainability, Business, or related fields with a 3.0+ GPA, you will work hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 from home) from June 2, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with eligibility for Arch benefits.

Qualifications

• Actively completing bachelor’s or graduate degree in Sustainability Management, Business, Economics, Environmental Science or Policy, Corporate Social Responsibility, or related program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• College level - current Junior, Senior, or graduate student, with graduation dates ranging from December 2027 – May 2028.
• Interest in the insurance and/or financial services industries.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental, social and governance initiatives to enhance sustainability outcomes.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to determine sustainability best practices and emerging trends.
• Support sustainability data analysis and greenhouse gas measurement.
• Stay up to date on sustainability industry standards and regulations related to sustainability reporting.
• Assist with preparation of materials, resources, or communications related to sustainability initiatives to increase education, documentation, and engagement.
