You will collaborate with North American site teams, developing action plans, identifying best practices, and assisting with data collection, training, and engagement initiatives for a carbon‑neutral future.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an undergraduate or graduate program in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field at an accredited college or university, with at least three years of relevant coursework.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Environmental and Societal Action Plans in alignment with ENGIE’s policies.
• Identify and promote best management practices to enhance environmental and social performance.
• Assist ESG data collection, quality checks, reporting for internal dashboards, sustainability surveys, and disclosure‑related requests.
• Support sustainability training, employee engagement initiatives, and communications that raise awareness of sustainability topics.
• Help advance office sustainability initiatives, including recycling, waste reduction, employee engagement, and other efforts to improve workplace sustainability.
• Contribute to company‑wide decarbonization initiatives that advance ENGIE’s climate goals.
