Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL seeks a Lead, Sustainability Data Systems & Transformation to own and evolve the company’s sustainability data operating model, governance, and reporting.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Internal Audit and Legal to enable audit-ready reporting, apply automation and AI to improve data quality, and drive scalable, lean operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in sustainability data management or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, finance, accounting, sustainability, or a related field.
• Experience owning and operating a complex data domain or product area and translating requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Experience with sustainability reporting/data platforms (Workiva) and enterprise data environments (Databricks).
• Experience developing analytics and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sustainability data operating model, including collection, governance, validation, and reporting.
• Design and improve sustainability data workflows for efficiency, scalability, and reliability across reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with IT/Data, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, and contributors to ensure reliable, decision-useful information.
• Apply automation, analytics, and AI to strengthen insights, decision support, and strategic planning.
• Develop internal control concepts over sustainability data to support audit readiness.
