Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. in Wisconsin is seeking a Sustainability Intern to support environmental performance data analysis and sustainability communications, reporting, and project opportunities with real business impact.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams; gain hands-on project experience and have potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Environmental).
• Strong computer skills with MS Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection and automation for energy, greenhouse gas emissions, water, and waste performance.
• Assist in sustainability reporting content across platforms.
• Support business case development including financial analysis and incentives.
• Research industry trends and benchmarking to support initiatives.
• Support energy and water efficiency initiatives through system analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams.
