Alamo Group Inc. is seeking a Corporate Sustainability Analyst to support the management of environmental sustainability data and reporting from its Seguin, TX headquarters, with duties across global operations.

The role focuses on data acquisition, validation, and collaboration with internal teams to drive accurate, audit-ready disclosures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a sustainability/financial field and 2+ years in a related analyst role, with strong communication skills and

Qualifications

• Experience with data acquisition and interpretation related to environmental, financial or sustainability metrics in a manufacturing environment highly desired.
• Knowledge of GHG Protocol, GRI and SASB standards is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sustainability reporting, including metrics, content and internal/external communications.
• Collaborate with global sustainability teams to ensure timely data collection and calculation of environmental inventories.
• Facilitate data collection through BI tools, data services, and energy/waste/water management resources.
• Link sustainability projects to changes in metrics and financial results with analysis.
• Coordinate audits with Internal Audit and external auditors to validate data accuracy.
• Benchmark performance against industry peers and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Train company representatives on preparation and analysis of sustainability metrics.
