Job summary

Alamo Group Inc. is seeking a Corporate Sustainability Analyst based at its Seguin, TX headquarters. This role supports sustainability data management, reporting, and audits for global operations, with travel as needed to meet reporting commitments.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal and external audit teams and senior leadership. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in a sustainability/financial analysis role, plus experience with data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical financial or sustainability-related discipline from an accredited college or university required.
• 2 or more years of experience in a business, financial or sustainability analyst role required.
• Experience managing sustainability/environmental data and knowledge of SASB/GHG guidelines preferred.
• Experience using BI tools and data management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the sustainability reporting with metrics and content.
• Collaborate with sustainability reporting personnel at all locations worldwide for data collection and calculations.
• Facilitate collection of BI systems, operations personnel, data collection services, and energy/waste/water suppliers.
• Coordinate with Sustainability Manager to link projects to changes in sustainability metrics.
• Coordinate with Finance to tie sustainability metrics to financial results.
• Develop templates for evaluating opportunities and a matrix of active projects; tie results to performance.
• Assist with scheduling audits of sustainability data with Internal Audit and external agencies.
• Benchmark Alamo Group's performance against peers and make recommendations to Senior Management.
• Train company representatives on preparation and analysis of sustainability metrics.
