Job summary

TPG is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Research Assistant intern to join the DARL team in the U.S. This role focuses on creating dashboards, automating reports, and improving data processes within sustainability analytics initiatives.

Ideal candidates are graduate students or advanced undergrads with strong Excel skills and experience in Python/SQL and dashboard tools. The internship runs early January to mid-May 2027, 20 hours per week, at $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employment sponsorship not available.
• Must be located in one of the listed states (including MN) during the internship.
• Graduate student or advanced undergraduate.
• Excellent data analytics skills; Excel and at least one tool (e.g., VBA, Python, R, SQL).
• Advanced data visualization experience with dashboard tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Streamlit).
• Experience or interest in responsible investing, CSR, climate/sustainability, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, urgency, and quality.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
• Assist with emissions accounting, regulatory reporting, and LP engagement support.
