What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide waste program coordination support across client portfolios in alignment with landfill diversion targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement waste initiatives that meet or exceed expectations
- Present qualitative and quantitative results of waste program initiatives for program reviews
- Conduct waste audits and identify opportunities for landfill diversion
- Draft comprehensive waste-related reporting, training materials, and policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Sustainability or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of five years’ experience in sustainable operations and/or engineering of commercial buildings
- Demonstrated project management experience in achieving zero waste certifications
- Strong data management experience and ability to present consolidated reports to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in written and numeric work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LEED accreditation and TRUE Zero Waste Advisor accreditation
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks like CDP, GRI, and SASB
- Experience working with corporate clients and understanding landlord-tenant relationships
- Familiarity with waste/sustainability certification and benchmarking tools
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients
