The Sustainability Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, and organizing ESG and sustainability performance data across the company, and translating that data into dashboards, reports, and insights that support Chord's Sustainability program. This role is a hands‑on data role: the analyst works directly in Chord's data environment (Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Sigma) to build and maintain the data pipelines, visualizations, and reporting products that underpin the annual Sustainability Report, executive updates, AXPC peer benchmarking, and responses to investor ESG inquiries.
The analyst partners closely with internal data stewards across Environmental, Operations, HSE, Human Resources, and Finance to close data gaps and improve data quality. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Sustainability and is based in Houston, TX. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Level and salary commensurate with experience.
