Job summary

The Sustainability Data and AI Consultant/Engineer role at Themesoft Inc targets the North American market, focusing on AI-driven sustainability solutions to accelerate ESG, Net-Zero and climate outcomes through data, governance and analytics. You will work with leadership, sustainability experts and Data & AI teams to build scalable, industry-specific solutions.

Qualifications

5–6 years of Data, AI/ML, Engineering, Governance or Analytics experience.
1–2 years of exposure to Business Sustainability / ESG / Climate / CSR initiatives.
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles preferred.
Strong proficiency in selling solutions
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Understanding of ESG data models, sustainability metrics, and governance.

Responsibilities

Support pre-sales, RFP responses and PoC development for sustainability Data and AI offerings.
Design and build Data and AI solutions for ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and climate analytics.
Develop AI-enabled frameworks to automate ESG governance and reporting across the value chain.
Create data pipelines, ESG data models, and sustainability data platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate sustainability challenges into AI-driven outcomes.
Stay updated on ESG regulations and AI trends to refine accelerators and assets.
