Qualifications

• Ability to handle four portfolios simultaneously and manage competing demands.
• Interest in sustainability research and translating lab work to policy and practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex calendars with limited consultation and scheduling across time zones.
• Support domestic and international travel with policy guidance and logistics.
• Serve as primary admin support for two Managing Directors and four flagship projects.
• Participate in Flagship meetings: build agendas, capture decisions, assign owners, and track next steps.
