Job summary

Vanlife Customs is seeking a mechanically minded Suspension & Automotive Technician for on-site work in Golden/Arvada, CO. The role focuses on suspension upgrades, lift systems, and performance brakes, with hands-on training provided and a path to learn with premium equipment.

You’ll join a team handling high-value vehicles, emphasizing care, precision and teamwork while following strict procedures and QC checks. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior suspension specialty required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to work on high-value vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Install suspension lifts, shocks, springs, and related components.
• Install big brake kits and other performance upgrades.
• Learn to diagnose and resolve suspension and mechanical issues.
• Follow installation procedures, torque specs and QC processes.
• Inspect completed work and assist with vehicle testing.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and collaborate with production teams.
