Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service.
• Willingness to learn about Japanese cuisine and beverages.
• Knowledge of proper food and drink handling & storage.

Responsibilities

• Work with FOH and BOH to ensure a consistent and timely guest experience through high-quality service and food.
• Actively assisting fellow team members in meeting guest needs.
• Follow company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards.
• Continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages.
• Additional duties may apply specific to each position.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
