Join the team at Sushi-san in Nashville! We are hiring sushi cooks with a focus on sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi. You will prepare and present menu items following recipes, maintain food quality and safety, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Prepare food items and ingredients for menu items (including but not limited to sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi) according to prescribed recipes.
• Butcher whole fish and cut, trim and prepare consumer-sized portions of fish.
• Ability to use knives proficiently including sushi and sashimi knives.
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
