Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a sushi line cook.
• Knowledge of sushi preparation, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area meeting health standards.
• Stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Assist with ingredient preparation for future meals.
