Wegmans Food Markets in New York seeks a sushi prep associate to help prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls and assist customers with made-to-order requests. You will work alongside experienced sushi chefs, learning traditional techniques in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to food safety guidelines while delivering exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with sushi products.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary setting.
