Wegmans Food Markets in Collegeville, PA is seeking a sushi prep role to assist in producing fresh, high-quality sushi and fulfill customer requests. You will learn traditional techniques alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

You will help prepare ingredients, assemble rolls and nigiri, and maintain kitchen cleanliness while upholding presentation and safety standards. Training is provided, with a focus on delivering excellent service and quality.

Bring your love for sushi, and we'll teach you the rest! In this role, you will help prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls to be sold in our store, as well as help customers with any made-to-order or special requests.
