Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in New York state is seeking an entry-level sushi prep team member to assist in preparing fresh sushi and serving customers with made-to-order requests. You will work alongside experienced sushi chefs, following recipes and presentation standards in a fast-paced store kitchen.

You will learn traditional techniques, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused dining experience through high-quality sushi and attentive service.
