Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when within ten feet and four seconds of contact.
• Supervise and recommend disciplinary action for associates in department.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, train staff, and enforce company policies and SOPs.
• Process invoices, department reports, employee appraisals, inventory and supply ordering.
• Prepare sushi and other products from recipes and display them per planogram.
• Keep sushi area clean, organized, and properly chilled for freshness.
• Perform other related duties as needed by the manager.
