Responsibilities

• Lead Sushi Specialist manages sales, profits, staffing, image and operation of the Sushi Department.
• Lead team to achieve department goals in revenues, expense, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory control.
• Supervise Sushi Department staff and provide training on operations and customer service.
• Develop labor schedules and ensure compliance with policies.
