Responsibilities

• Greets customers when within ten feet and four seconds of contact.
• Supervises and recommends disciplinary action for department associates.
• Manages work schedules, assigns tasks, trains staff and enforces policies/SOPs.
• Processes invoices and department reports; handles inventory and supplies orders.
• Provides customer service and prepares/preps sushi items per recipes and standards.
• Cleans and maintains department; ensures freshness and quality of sushi items.
