Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Sushi Clerk for the Hy-Chi department. You will help fill customer orders, prepare fresh product, and maintain department operations with focus on food safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Six months or more of similar or related experience preferred.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Take orders at counter and over the phone.
• Maintain product freshness and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish items as needed.
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep area clean.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
