The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Sushi Cooks to join our team at Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Sushi Cook, you will showcase your skills and be a visible leader in the kitchen. Partnering with management team members, you will plan menus, deliver food to quality standards, train kitchen team members, operate kitchen equipment, uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations, and monitor the quantities, labor, and overhead costs.

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00 / hour

• Pushing and pulling occasionally to move equipment.

• Kitchen environment – noise levels may be moderate-to-high.
