• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet.

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Line Cooks to join our team at Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and the chef's specifications.

$20.00 - $22.00 / hour
