Job summary

  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for food.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Cook to join our kitchen team. The Sushi Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting cold and hot high-quality sushi, sashimi, sushi rolls and tempura dishes in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of sushi preparation, fryers, knife skills, and an appreciation for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
