Hy-Vee West Des Moines is hiring a Sushi Clerk to join the Hy-Chi department on a part-time basis. You will assist in preparing sushi, fill customer orders, and help maintain fresh product and clean displays.

You'll greet customers, answer questions, and ensure food safety and proper sanitation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and food safety certification is needed. Prior food service experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and assist with finding products.
• Review daily orders and monitor product freshness, appearance and supply levels.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish sushi items as needed from cooler or freezer.
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Support other store areas and assist with special projects as needed.
