Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food Safety Certification required
• Six months of similar or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver outstanding service.
• Take orders at the counter and by phone.
• Monitor product freshness and maintain department standards.
• Prepare and replenish products as needed.
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep work area clean.
• Label and date items and manage restocking.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee dress code and policies.
• Assist in other store areas and special projects.
