Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly customer service and treat customers as a priority.
Greet customers with a smile and assist in-store interactions across departments.
Assist customers by guiding them to products and handling special requests.
Take customer orders at the Chinese Express counter and ensure accuracy.
Work with teammates to maintain a positive, efficient store environment.
Maintain sanitation standards and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
Monitor product freshness and rotate stock as needed.
Help prepare, finish, and replenish sushi items and related products.
