Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking personable Sushi Chefs to join our team in Metairie, LA. You must be able to stand for extended periods, follow recipes and directions, be punctual, and show a strong work ethic with basic knife skills.

We offer full-time or part-time options with lunch and dinner shifts. Prior sushi experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have at least 6 months of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months prior kitchen experience in a full service restaurant.
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time.
• Must be able to follow recipes and direction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sushi following recipes and directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and station.
• Assist with food preparation and plating during lunch and dinner shifts.
