Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sushi experience.
• Culinary apprenticeship or formal training preferred.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Card certification within introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate dishes to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency and accommodate dietary requests.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and maintaining proper food storage.
