Job summary

ViziRecruiter,LLC. is seeking a skilled sushi chef to join our fast-paced team in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have a Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years of cooking experience and six months of sushi preparation. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, preparing sushi, training staff, and maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive cooking experience or Culinary Arts Degree.
• 6+ months of experience in sushi preparation and cooking.
• Knowledge in preparing all varieties of meat and seafood.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service at the sushi bar.
• Prepare sushi foods according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Train personnel and assist all stations as necessary.
