Job summary

Hai Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Sushi Chef for Uchi Dallas to join our craft-driven kitchen. You will contribute to a high-standard culinary experience and collaborate with a talented sushi bar team. A $1,250 sign-on bonus is offered, paid after 90 days following training completion.

Competitive pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, with opportunities for growth within our multi-concept group and strong benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sushi knife skills and knowledge of sushi prep techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate sushi items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain station organization, cleanliness and proper food safety practices.
• Support other kitchen stations as needed during peak service times.
• Assist in training junior staff and uphold Hai Hospitality standards.
