Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) Seattle is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the Survivors of Torture (SOT) program. You will supervise case management staff, provide clinical guidance, and ensure trauma-informed service delivery across partners.

Qualifications

MSW with at least three years of relevant clinical and social services experience.
Commitment to anti-racism and continual learning and growth.
Experience working with refugees, immigrant populations, or vulnerable populations.
Experience with project design, proposal development, and data collection/ reporting.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the Survivors of Torture (SOT) Program services, including comprehensive case management, behavioral health services and referral services.
Provide supervision, training, support, and mentorship to Program staff and interns.
Lead client eligibility, assessment and tiering processes, and ensure referrals and follow up.
