Job summary

Respect Together seeks a Technical Assistance and Training Lead to support direct service providers at sexual assault centers. The role delivers TA and training on intervention and response to survivors, and helps develop and update counselor training materials across live and online formats.

This on-site role with a hybrid schedule requires two in-office days weekly in Harrisburg, PA. A bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of related experience, plus 3–5 years direct survivor service, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of related experience in direct service support.
• 3–5 years direct service experience with survivors of sexual abuse/harassment/trafficking.
• Experience with rape crisis centers or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to counselors, advocates, therapists, and allied professionals.
• Develop and update training materials for survivor-centered advocacy.
• Lead trainings on responding to survivors and cases notes/case files.
• Coordinate with rape crisis centers, coalition partners, and stakeholders on policy priorities.
• Collaborate with Grants/Contracts teams and participate in committees.
