You will develop campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, collaborating with programs and policy teams to ensure survivor safety and dignity in all content.

This hybrid Los Angeles-based role emphasizes trauma-informed storytelling, measurement, and partnerships with youth programs to expand reach and impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in nonprofit social media strategy and content creation with portfolio.
• Strong writing with adaptable voice across platforms.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategy and reporting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed communication practices and survivor-centered ethics.
• Experience across platforms and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Lead targeted social campaigns with demographic and search-term targeting.
• Establish a metrics framework and produce regular performance reports.
• Manage editorial calendar and maintain brand voice and visuals.
• Collaborate with Youth Program and partners to reflect survivor-focused content.
