Summary: AIS is seeking a bilingual Survivor Advocate to provide trauma-informed case management and advocacy to immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, and other crimes. The Survivor Advocate will help clients identify their goals, develop individualized case plans, access safety and financial resources, and navigate law enforcement and social service systems. This position works closely with AISs immigration legal team as part of a small, highly collaborative organization committed to justice, dignity, and restoration.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive benefits. The salary range is $47,000 - $50,000 and will be determined based on years of experience. The advocate will report to a Co-Executive Director. AIS is currently operating under a hybrid model. The survivor advocate will work from the office 2-3 days per week.
