• Ensures proper judgment in establishing correct property boundaries.
• Checks geometric accuracy and adherence to Florida statutes and CADD standards.
• Prepares and certifies legal property descriptions; reviews consultant maps.
• Researches records for upcoming projects and responds to public inquiries.
