The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings, seeks a Surveyor (Architectural). The Surveyor will conduct condition assessments in City-owned buildings for the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) program of the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Responsibilities include inspecting and assessing the physical condition of building components, recording existing conditions, and preparing facility assessment reports.
This position is open to qualified persons with a disability under the 55-a Program. Residency in New York City is not required. The salary range is $60,443.00 – $80,785.00.
