ROWE is seeking Surveying Interns for our Michigan offices, working under the supervision of a Project Surveyor, Crew Chief or Project Manager. Interns will assist with field data collection and construction layout on diverse projects and gain exposure to conventional surveying, LiDAR, and photogrammetry tools.

Candidates must be pursuing an associates, bachelor’s or master’s degree in surveying or civil engineering.

• Prior experience with field surveying, AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time during the internship.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities.

POSITION SUMMARY

ROWE is currently looking for Surveying Interns for our Michigan offices. We have opportunities to work with conventional surveying and photogrammetry tools and software as well as stationary, mobile and UAV LiDAR systems and software. Interns will work under the supervision of a Project Surveyor, Crew Chief or Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in field data collection and construction layout of various projects.
• Assist in completing various surveying tasks.
• Must be willing to work outdoors on project sites as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects. Qualifications include:
