Job summary

Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. (KVE) hires survey crew members to perform boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of-way, transportation, and construction surveys across multiple Kansas and Missouri offices.

Candidates should be able to work in a team and handle physical tasks as part of field surveying activities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; prior surveying experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of-way, transportation, and construction surveys.

• Handle physical tasks such as stooping, crawling, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Multiple locations available

This is an hiring opportunity that may be filled at any of the following Kaw Valley Engineering offices:

• Kansas City, MO
• Garden City, KS
• Salina, KS
• The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey crew assisting in the performance of boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of-way acquisition, transportation, and construction surveys utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technology.
• The successful candidate must be able to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience helpful but not necessary.
