Job summary

Loenbro, LLC, located in Dallas, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Survey Technician to support mission-critical construction projects such as data centers and manufacturing facilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of construction surveying experience required.
• Experience on large-scale commercial/industrial or data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction staking and layout for foundations, structural steel, equipment pads, utilities, roadways, and electrical infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain Trimble total stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, robotic instruments, and data collectors.
• Use Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, Trimble Siteworks to process field data.
• Interpret drawings, BIM models, and civil plans to establish control points.
• Verify as-built conditions and conduct QA/QC surveys.
• Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks on active sites.
• Generate survey reports, field notes, and as-built deliverables.
• Assist with reality capture using laser scanning and drone mapping when applicable.
