Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a drafting-focused professional to join our Survey/Geospatial team in Charlotte. You will transform field data into precise Civil 3D drawings and produce ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years of AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience and includes exposure to LASER scanning/LIDAR as a plus. Strong reading and writing in English are essential to understand and execute client instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Survey/Civil profession required.
• Minimum of 2+ Years of experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• LASER Scanning/ LIDAR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected drafting assignments quickly and accurately.
• Transform field collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD) produced drawings.
• Produce ALTA, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, maps, Specific Purpose Surveys, Plot plans and Subdivision Record Plats by using Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD).
• Reduce field notes from field collected data into survey/civil base maps.
