Role description

Arcadis seeks a Survey Technician to join our Survey team to execute field-related assignments under the direction of a Survey Crew Chief. You should have a valid drivers’ license and have superior communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ideally you will be based out of the Cincinnati, OH area with the ability to work on projects around the state of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Role accountabilities

• Work on projects located in open fields, wooded areas with varying terrain and construction sites.
• Compile notes, sketches and records of data obtained in the field.
• This role requires an ability to develop solid knowledge and experience with the operation of all surveying equipment, including automatic levels, robotic total stations, data collectors and GPS equipment.
• Work with other survey crew members who will help train and develop skills.
• Focused on safety in the field.

Benefits & Compensation

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $18.43 - $27.65 / hour. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
