Role Description

Arcadis seeks a Survey Technician to join our Survey team to execute field-related assignments under the direction of a Survey Crew Chief. You should have a valid driver’s license and have superior communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ideally you will be based out of the Columbus, OH area with the ability to work on projects around the state of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Role Accountabilities

• Work on projects located in open fields, wooded areas with varying terrain and construction sites.
• Compile notes, sketches and records of data obtained in the field.
• Develop solid knowledge and experience with the operation of all surveying equipment, including automatic levels, robotic total stations, data collectors and GPS equipment.
• Work with other survey crew members who will help train and develop skills.
• Maintain a focus on safety in the field.
