Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Survey Technician to support surveying projects through accurate field measurements, data collection, and technical documentation. Qualifications

• Experience as a Survey Technician or similar surveying role.
• Experience in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering technology, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency operating surveying equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors.
• Familiarity with surveying software and data-processing tools such as AutoCAD.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in the field and within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist surveyors with field surveys, site measurements, and data collection.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot surveying equipment including total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors.
• Establish, set up, and maintain survey control points.
• Collect, verify, and document field data to ensure accuracy.
• Process and analyze survey data and assist in preparing reports and maps.
• Support the preparation of survey plans, technical drawings, and deliverables.
• Coordinate fieldwork with engineers, construction teams, surveyors and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of field measurements and project documentation.
• Follow surveying procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Survey Technician tosupport surveying projects through accurate field measurements, datacollection, and technical documentation. In this role, you will work closelywith professional surveyors, engineers, and project teams to ensure reliablesurvey data and deliverables for a variety of projects.

The ideal candidate has experience with surveying equipmentand software, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and a commitment toaccuracy, safety, and quality. This position offers the opportunity tocontribute to meaningful projects while developing technical expertise insurveying and geomatics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistsurveyors with field surveys, site measurements, and data collection.
• Operate,maintain, and troubleshoot surveying equipment, including total stations,GPS receivers, and electronic data collectors.
• Establish,set up, and maintain survey control points.
• Collect,verify, and document field data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Processand analyze survey data and assist in preparing reports, maps, and relateddocumentation.
• Supportthe preparation of survey plans, technical drawings, and projectdeliverables.
• Collaboratewith engineers, construction teams, surveyors, and other stakeholders tocoordinate fieldwork and ensure reliable results.
• Maintainorganized records of field measurements, survey activities, and projectdocumentation.
• Followestablished surveying procedures, quality standards, and applicable safetyrequirements.

Required Qualifications

• Previousexperience as a Survey Technician or in a similar surveying-related role.
• Experiencein surveying, geomatics, civil engineering technology, or a related fieldpreferred.
• Proficiencyin operating surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS receivers,and data collectors.
• Familiaritywith surveying software and data-processing tools, such as AutoCAD.
• Strongmathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
