Atwell, LLC in Naperville, IL is seeking a Survey Project Manager (Renewables) to lead survey operations on power and energy projects, oversee crews and office staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance on complex assignments.

You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and public agencies, mentor junior team members, and apply Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center skills to deliver high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead survey operations on power and energy projects

What You Bring

• Professional Survey License (PLS / RLS) nice to have - NOT REQUIRED
• 5+ years of survey or civil engineering experience with utility/power & energy focus.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of construction staking, GPS, traversing, and plan interpretation.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.

Salary: 100K-140K + bonus

Pay Range

$100,000 — $140,000 USD
