Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC (Van Cleef) seeks a Survey Project Manager / Professional Land Surveyor in our Pottstown, PA office to lead and manage surveying projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in support of civil engineering initiatives.

This position requires a PLS license, a bachelor's degree in surveying or civil engineering, and 7+ years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GPS/robotic total stations.

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive surveying experience with project management.
• Strong knowledge of boundary law, title research, and land development processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead land surveying projects from scope to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee field and office staff for data collection and processing.
• Review survey documents, plans, and legal descriptions for compliance.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and contractors; mentor junior staff.
