GRAEF's Survey Services has an exciting opportunity for a Survey Project Manager with experience in field procedures, topographic mapping, boundary determination, plat preparation, and project management.


Primary responsibilities may include:



  • Project Management.

  • Assisting in proposal preparation.

  • Overseeing survey projects from planning and execution, to data analysis and client communication, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

  • Perform occasional field work as required.


We are considering Survey Project Manager candidates to join our GRAEF team who possess the following basic qualifications:



  • Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology required. Bachelor's degree considered a plus.

  • A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience. Candidates with additional years of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Must have WI PLS within 6 months of hire or be in the process of obtaining licensure.

  • Experience in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office.

  • Preparation of ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, Certified Survey Maps, Plat of Surveys, and Exhibits.

  • Preparation of WisDOT Transportation Project Plats, Traditional Plats, and Acquisition Exhibits.
